They are in search of a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to play a pivotal role in the next phase of the organization's growth and impact. The COO will be responsible for strengthening the company's organizational capability, building operational excellence, and ensuring that the mission and community impact can continue to scale. This senior operational leader will work closely with the CEO to bring cohesion and delivery to the company's work across various functional areas, including fund development, marketing, communications, events,



and facilities.
