Complete timely service requests for in-suite and common areas
Perform maintenance tasks including repairs and turnovers
Conduct appliance and plumbing repairs as needed
Maintain grounds and report budget-impacting issues
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and cleaning duties

Requirements:
High School diploma or GED required
Minimum of 1 year maintenance experience
Flexibility for on-call shifts (evenings & weekends)
Proficient in basic tools and maintenance skills
