Key Responsibilities
Support the Mission and Vision of the Company

Mission

Create long-term raving fans by consistently delivering uncommon value to customers, referral partners, employees and the community

Vision
1 Restoration company in the Triad in terms of Revenue, total profit, and Customer experience
Lead the daily operations for the Company, in consultation with the owner
Maintain steady annual progress growing a $4M mitigation business into a $20M Restoration business while hitting targeted operating margin
Lead the company’s expansion into Reconstruction, Fire,



Commercial, Contents, and other growth areas when the chance and finances permit
Protect and promote customer, employee, and business safety at all times
Ensure compliance to all applicable laws and regulations, including OSHA
Oversee hiring, training, management, coaching, discipline, termination of employees
Accountable for financial and operational performance of the Company
Manage subcontractor relationships as needed
Monthly 1:1 with owner. Quarterly deep dive with the owner.
Participate in special projects and ad-hoc analysis as needed.
Other tasks and projects as needed to support the mission of the Company

Required Qualifications:
5+ years in property restoration leadership overseeing $10M+ businesses; driving growth and profitability
IICRC Certifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's or CPA/CMA preferred but not required).
Expertise in working with adjusters
Experience in Mitigation and Reconstruction
