Design and improve AI agents with engineering teams
Own the engagement lifecycle from intake to filing
Track KPIs and uphold quality control standards
Lead and mentor senior tax accountants remotely
Manage a high-value portfolio of complex clients

Requirements:
8+ years of US individual tax experience
At least 2 years as a team-leading Tax Manager
Expertise in Forms 1040, 2555, 1116, and others
Experience with CCH Axcess tax software
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
