Introduce new foundational technologies that advance our software engineeringcapabilities to the next level.
Collaborate with our software development teams on support issues andimprovements to our infrastructure tools, processes, and software.
Act as a conduit between our application development teams, and IT, networksecurity, and other stakeholders to align priorities and translate businessrequirements into technical designs.
Gather and analyze metrics from operating systems and applications to assistin performance tuning, fault finding and business continuity planning.
Programming Knowledge – you have an undergraduate, graduate, or post-graduatedegree in a computer-related field OR exceptional programming skills gainedthrough your work experience. We use several programming languages (Kdb+/Q,Python, Java, C#, Angular/Typescript).
Knowledge about cloud computing (AWS),



systems engineering,distributed systems, scripting, operating systems (specifically Windows andLinux), databases, and host-based networking, is useful in this role. You have a collaborative spirit that helps you to work wellwith others and communicate effectively.
