and a good knowledge of regulations and compliance, with the potential to take on the role of Chief Compliance Officer. The ideal candidate will have the ability to mobilize and develop multidisciplinary teams, a positive understanding of financial market mechanisms, and be aware of cybersecurity issues with an understanding of best practices in information security. Fluency in French and English is essential. The role is central to the firm's operations, and the COO will be instrumental in the company's success by ensuring that all operational processes are efficient, effective, and in line with the highest standards of the industry.
