About the Role

The Company is seeking a seasoned President – Managing Director to take on a pivotal role with a focus on driving the organization's performance, growth, and strategic execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall accountability of the company's performance and growth trajectory, as well as the execution of its strategic plan. This leadership position demands a professional with a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, science, or a related field, and an MBA or advanced degree is considered an asset. The ideal candidate will have significant senior leadership experience, preferably as a CEO, General Manager, Managing Director, or in an equivalent role, with a proven track record in leading growth within a multi-channel business. Experience in regulated sectors such as skincare,



medical aesthetics, consumer health, or pharmaceuticals, and a background in manufacturing or CMO/CDMO activities, is highly relevant.

The role requires a candidate with a solid commercial acumen, the ability to lead and inspire teams, and a strategic mindset to drive the company's success. The President will be expected to have a deep understanding of the industry, market dynamics, and customer needs, and to leverage this knowledge to make informed business decisions.
