Waste Be Gone is a growing dumpster rental and junk removal company serving Red Deer and Central Alberta. We are looking for a hardworking, reliable, and motivated Driver/Laborer to join our team.

This is a hands-on position that combines truck driving, dumpster deliveries, junk removal, house clean-outs, and general labor. No two days are the same.

Responsibilities :
Deliver and pick up dumpsters safely and professionally.
Operate commercial trucks and trailers.
Perform junk removal and property clean-outs.
Load and unload materials, furniture, appliances, and construction debris.
Complete daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks.
Interact professionally with customers on job sites.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Assist with other duties as required.

Requirements :
Valid Class 5 license ( Air brakes is considered an asset).
Clean driver's abstract.
Comfortable driving trucks, trailers, and backing into tight locations.




Physically capable of lifting 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the day.
Robust work ethic and positive attitude.
Dependable, punctual, and customer focused.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Assets (Not Required)
Air Brake (Q) endorsement.
Experience operating hooklift trucks, dump trailers, skid steers, or other equipment.
Previous experience in waste management, construction, moving, landscaping, or junk removal.
