Dream Industrial REIT is seeking a Corporate Accountant to maintain robust reporting and accounting for multiple corporate entities. You will handle monthly close, reconciliations, and analysis, while supporting quarter-end and year-end deliverables in IFRS format.
You will work with a team-oriented Corporate Accounting team, using AI/automation tools and liaising with Tax and Shared Services. CPA designation or candidacy is preferred, with at least 1 year of experience and solid Excel skills.
