Job Summary

Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the activities of shop personnel to meet production goals and deadlines.
Assign tasks, monitor work progress, and provide guidance to ensure safety and efficiency.
Prepare work orders, estimate costs, and communicate timelines effectively.
Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of services.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment and work areas to uphold safety standards and identify maintenance needs.
Maintain thorough knowledge of dealership services, promotions, and warranty policies.
Troubleshoot technical issues on machinery and assist in resolving operational challenges promptly.
Maintain detailed records of production activities, inventory levels, and financial transactions.

Qualifications




Prior experience in a dealership or automotive service workplace is preferred.
Mechanical knowledge or mechanic experience.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interactions within the service department.
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
A proactive attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service standards.
