BACKGROUND :Troika Foods (2000) Ltd. is a privately owned company from Sherwood Park, Alberta, Canada. Founded in 2000, Troika Foods operates a state-of-the-art, federally inspected, HACCP approved food manufacturing facility. We provide many products across Canada.

We are willing to provide training and experience for someone who has completed formal education and has some experience working in a food manufacturing facility in this capacity.
Adhere to strict cleaning schedule ensuring a high level of cleanliness and sanitation standards.
Following allergen and cleanliness requirements.
Garbage removal
Operate in an industrial kitchen by using large kettles, steamers, and skillets.
Follow recipes and procedures as provided.
Follow all the dishwashing steps outlined in the SOPs (Rinse, Soap,



Sanitize, Dry)
Keep a clean working setting
Assist where required.
Ability to enter information into a tablet.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications :
Must be able to withstand 10 degree Celsius temperatures
Basic math skills
Lift up to 50lbs
Able to physically stand for up to 8 hrs at a time in a warm environmnet
Be able to read and write in English.
Multi tasking and Organizational skills are very key to this job. Must be able to do multiple things at once.

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
