What You’ll Do
Run your own section during service
Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a high standard
Ensure smooth service with solid mise en place
Support and guide team members
Maintain excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
Assist with stock control and waste management
Work closely with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef

What We’re Looking For
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie (or strong Commis Chef ready to progress)
Solid cooking skills and attention to detail




Ability to stay calm under pressure
Team player with valuable communication skills
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
