Applicants for the Head of Communications position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 8 years' of corporate communications experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading internal communications, employee engagement, and change communication initiatives, with a strong ability to influence and advise senior leaders. Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are essential, as is the ability to manage media relations and support crisis communication efforts. Experience in a unionized, industrial, transportation, logistics, marine, or infrastructure workplace is a strong asset.
