The role demands a leader with a solid background in digital portfolio management, a proven track record in leading large-scale digital solution delivery,



and the ability to make complex decisions that drive organizational value.

Candidates for the Vice President, Value Delivery position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a graduate degree being an asset, and a minimum of 20 years' experience in the industry, including at least 10 years in senior management. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital transformation, business process optimization, and change management, as well as experience in modern product and portfolio management, and agile development approaches. Personal characteristics should include influential leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Bilingualism in French and English is required.
