About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its non-profit community support service organization. The CEO will be responsible for providing strategic and transformational leadership, advancing the organization's long-term strategic plan, and ensuring that its mission of supporting adults with physical disabilities and neurological conditions is upheld. This role requires a seasoned executive with a proven track record in leading complex organizations through change, particularly in the health, community support, or social services sectors. The ideal candidate will have experience in organizational transformation, including culture and leadership development, and a robust understanding of government, funding, and system relationships. Previous CEO experience is preferred, but senior executives with comparable leadership experience are also encouraged to apply.





Key responsibilities for the CEO include strengthening organizational and leadership capacity, driving operational excellence, and modernizing technology and systems to improve client service. The successful candidate will be expected to build strategic partnerships, influence external stakeholders, and partner effectively with the Board of Directors.
