About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief of Family Medicine, a pivotal leadership role that will be instrumental in the evolution and positioning of the Department to meet the dynamic needs of the community. The successful candidate will be a respected family physician with a strong background in progressive physician leadership, ideally within a hospital, community, academic, or comparable healthcare environment. Key responsibilities for the Chief include leading the development of the Department's care models, fostering cohesion and trust among diverse practice areas, and strengthening physician engagement with a focus on professionalism, collaboration, and equity. The role also involves championing proactive workforce planning, and mentorship,



and ensuring the effective implementation of digital tools to support quality and performance.
