About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Treasury to spearhead the establishment and leadership of its global treasury function. This pivotal role involves designing and implementing a global treasury operating model, building scalable infrastructure for a multi-entity, multi-currency investment platform, and overseeing all aspects of liquidity planning, capital allocation, and cash optimization. The successful candidate will be responsible for structuring and executing a range of financing solutions, managing banking relationships, and developing FX and hedging strategies. Close partnership with investment teams, executives, and external financing partners is essential, as is the ability to manage senior stakeholders and lead the negotiation of financing arrangements.





Candidates for the Head of Treasury position at the company should have 15-20+ years' of experience in treasury, financing, or capital markets, with a background in alternative asset management, private equity, or credit. Deep expertise in fund financing and capital structure optimization is a must, as is a robust track record in building or transforming treasury functions. The role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to design, build, and lead a best-in-class global treasury function. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with a preference for candidates holding a CFA and/or MBA. Professional designations such as CPA are considered complementary. The role is high-impact and highly visible, demanding a candidate who can operate at the heart of a sophisticated, multi-asset investment platform.
