About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to play a pivotal role in the organization's growth and portfolio expansion. The CFO will be a key member of the leadership team, providing strategic leadership in finance, investments, capital allocation, treasury, reporting, taxation, and risk management. This includes working closely with the CEO on acquisitions, financing activities, and growth initiatives, as well as overseeing all core financial functions, monitoring portfolio performance, and managing relationships with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate for this role is a CPA with a strong academic background and a proven track record in senior financial leadership, preferably within a real estate investment or closely held enterprise. They should possess deep commercial real estate expertise, strong business acumen,



and the ability to balance strategic thinking with a hands-on approach.

The successful CFO will be an effective communicator and relationship builder, capable of influencing ownership and key stakeholders, and will thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
