Support Responsibilities :
Interacting with customers and providing high quality service and a positive dine-in or take-out experience,
Handling payments.
Dealing with customer complaints while remaining calm, positive and respectful at all times, and passing on relevant information to the manager or shift leader as necessary.

Support Requirements :
We are looking for team players with solid interpersonal and communication skills.
Must be positive, energetic, able to remain calm under pressure, and willing to learn.
Reliability, ability to work cooperatively with all other team members and strong organizational skills are a must, as you will often need to juggle multiple responsibilities at once.
Willingness to learn Hecklers menu in-depth in order to provide best possible experience to guests.




Must be adaptable and able to think on your feet in a fast-paced workplace.
