WashTech Property Solutions Inc. specializes in cleaning windows, gutters, and pressure washing/soft washing services for residential and commercial properties. As a Lead Cleaning Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our clients' properties.

Responsibilities
Perform window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and pressure washing/soft washing tasks with attention to detail and quality.
Maintaining and repairing equipment
Safely operate equipment and tools necessary for cleaning tasks.
Adhere to safety protocols, including working on ladders and handling cleaning solutions properly.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction with the services provided.
Lead, train, and supervise a team of cleaning technicians.

Requirements :
Canadian residency or a valid work permit.
Own a reliable vehicle for transportation.
Experience working on ladders up to 35 feet high.




Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 100 lbs safely.
Previous experience in physical labor jobs.
