Job Summary

Duties
Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies.
Decorate cakes and other baked items with artistic flair while ensuring presentation meets our quality standards.
Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in flavor and texture.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations.
Package finished products for display or delivery, ensuring they are presented attractively.
Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies.
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and addressing any inquiries regarding baked goods.
Collaborate with team members to create recent recipes and improve existing offerings.

Experience




Previous experience in the food industry or as a baker is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is essential.
Familiarity with cake decorating techniques is a plus.
Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team workplace.
A passion for baking and creating high-quality products that delight customers.
