Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
Prepare and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure efficiency and safety
Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and preferences
Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed within designated timeframes while maintaining quality standards
Uphold safety protocols and adhere to company policies during all cleaning activities
Provide excellent customer service by being courteous, respectful, and attentive to client requests

Skills
Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is a plus for communicating with diverse clients
Solid cleaning skills with experience in residential environments




Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
Exceptional customer service and communication skills to interact professionally with clients
Knowledge of hospitality standards to ensure a welcoming experience for clients
Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
