We are currently searching for a Cleaner/General Maintenance to join the team at Royalty Crossing for the summer in Charlottetown from June until the end of August. This would be a outstanding chance for a student who is looking to gain some work experience. The hourly rate for this position is within the range of $19-$20 per hour.

What you will do :
General maintenance and/or painting;




Operate vacuum cleaners to remove dirt and other waste;
Wash windows and interior walls;
Clean washrooms;
Empty trash cans and other waste containers;
Sweep, mop, scrub hallways, floors, and stairs;
Maintain cleanliness of common areas;
Clean vacant units;
Report deficiencies for repair;
Working with the public in a shopping center workplace;
Other duties as required.

What you will bring :
Strong organizational and time management skills;
Ability to work as a team, and under mínimal supervision;
Proven communication skills, both written and oral;
Ability to spend long periods of time walking/standing.
