We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves assisting customers, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Operate cash register and process payments (cash, debit, credit)
Maintain the cleanliness of the store, counters, and surrounding areas
Restock shelves and monitor inventory levels
Follow company policies and safety procedures
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently

Job Requirements
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude
Excellent communication and basic problem-solving abilities
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently




Comfortable handling cash transactions and using POS systems
Basic math skills for transactions and cash handling
Ability to multitask in a quick-paced environment
Attention to detail and cleanliness
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift upto 40 lbs
Versatile availability (weekdays, weekends, and holidays)
Legally authorized to work in Canada

Preferred (not required) :
Previous experience in retail or customer service
Experience in a gas station or convenience store workplace
Familiarity with stocking and basic store operations
