We are a law firm located in Vaughan, Ontario, that represents financial institutions, and we are currently seeking a Junior Law Clerk specifically because our previous clerk has been promoted into a more senior role within the firm. This opening is a direct result of our commitment to internal career development, and we are looking for an ambitious individual to be our next success story.

This is an ideal entry-level position for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced legal environment.

We require at least one year of experience working in a law firm environment.

Please note that a car is necessary to do banking and registered mail.

Duties and Responsibilities include among other things:




Communicating with clients and any visitors to the firm in a professional manner
Receipt of mail and scanning to our system
Conducting searches in Teraview MTO, PPSA and corporate searches
Assisting lawyers and other staff members
