Who We’re Looking For :
Previous customer service experience is an asset
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, friendly, and comfortable interacting with a diverse customer base
Highly organized with solid attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a quick‑paced environment
Comfortable with basic computer skills and administrative tasks




A positive attitude and desire to exceed customer expectations

Schedule :Part‑Time; Saturday: 9:00am - 6:00pm & Sunday: 11:00am - 5:00pm

Compensation : $18.25 per hour

What Your Day Will Look Like :
Greet customers warmly and professionally as they enter the dealership
Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi‑line switchboard
Assist customers with inquiries and route them to the appropriate departments
Process payments for services and products
Complete basic filing, data entry, and administrative support tasks
Prepare documents and correspondence as needed
Assist with dealer events, catering coordination, and employee engagement activities
Manage petty cash, receipts, and logs where required
Support the sales and service teams by managing recent and used vehicle stock‑in processes
Keep reception and lobby areas clean and welcoming
Uphold Abbotsford Mazda’s customer service standards in all interactions
Perform additional duties as assigned by Management
