We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and dedicated Receptionist & Pre-Tester to join our team Tuesday to Saturday, as one of our lovely long-term staff members prepares for retirement.

What We’re Looking For :
A warm, welcoming personality with excellent customer service skills.
Strong communication (electronic, verbal and written) and organizational abilities.
Ability to multitask in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Experience with office software and phone systems is helpful.

Responsibilities Include :
Greeting patients and handling patient check-ins and check-outs.
Efficiently Pre-testing patients before they see the optometrist.
Scheduling appointments and managing patient records.
Answering phones and responding to inquiries.




Supporting the team in various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
