Responsibilities
Engage in outside sales activities to identify and pursue recent business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service
Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction
Manage existing accounts to foster loyalty and maximize revenue potential
Develop strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and market penetration
Conduct thorough analysis of sales data using tools like Salesforce to inform decision-making
Collaborate with internal teams on technical sales solutions tailored to client needs
Assist in expanding the company's presence in B2B markets through targeted outreach
Support the business development team in creating proposals, presentations, and sales strategies
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and product offerings

Experience
Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or account management roles




Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully
Familiarity with B2B sales processes and marketing strategies
Experience with technology or technical sales is preferred
Proficiency in analysis skills for interpreting sales metrics and market data
Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is highly desirable
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
Demonstrated ability to develop recent client relationships while maintaining existing accounts
