Corvette Logistics Inc. seeking an energetic and outgoing individual to join the team as a Custom's Processing agent in Brampton, ON

Position Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain professional customer relations by identifying and meeting customer needs.
Finding, fixing and preventing problems/delays in cross border freight movement.
Ensure policies, procedures are followed.
Getting all cross border shipments customs cleared.
Sending paperwork for customs clearance to customs brokers, follow and resolve any issues.
Generating and providing ACE/ACI manifest to drivers in a timely fashion.
Creating and closing the shipment bonds.
Tracking drivers for updates.
Updating customers with driver updates.
Answering customer/driver inquiries.
Planning Fuel stops for Drivers as per fuel prices en route.
Complete other tasks and projects as assigned.

Position Qualifications :
Knowledge of cross border operations in dealing with Customs Broker,



Shipper/Consignees.
At least 1 year experience with PARS/PAPS processing . :
Proficient in English, both writing and verbal.
Valuable computer skills and Excellent at typing.
Proficient in MS Office, mainly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Good interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
Ability to rapidly learn and perform tasks related to the department, new regulations or process/procedure changes.
Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively.
Able to work in a rapid paced workplace.
Flexible to work different shifts.
