Front Desk Receptionist / Sales Associate

We’re looking for a part time Front Desk Receptionist / Sales Associate to join our team. Flxme Inc. opened in 2018. We offer a convenient, customized, feel positive way to improve our clients’ health through one-on-one assisted stretch sessions.

SHIFT AVAILABLE :
Fridays mornings, occasional other shifts

RESPONSIBILITIES :
Greet clients promptly, enthusiastically, and with a smile to create a friendly positive entrance into the studio
Conduct follow up calls
Book and check clients in and out for appointments.
Process accurate cash and credit card transactions
Respond to client requests, inquires, and concerns.
Work closely with our stretch therapists
Ensure studio is clean and tidy

QUALIFICATIONS :
1 year customer service or sales experience
Excellent phone and computer skills
Health & wellness background preferred
