Tasks and Responsibilities
Welcome guests warmly and manage arrivals/departures according to Hilton standards.
Process reservations, modifications and special requests efficiently.



(by phone or walk-in)
Inform clients about hotel policies and ensure their satisfaction.
Execute all tasks appearing on the checklist (Knowledge of VIPs of the day, groups and events of the day)
Perform system updates and accomplish any task related to the position.

Desired Profile
Relevant experience in a reception agent position.
Bilingualism (French and English essential, clientele predominantly English-speaking)
Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal abilities
