Job Overview

Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks according to company standards.
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash register operation.
Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions about products, and provide excellent customer service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including food handling and food safety practices.
Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
Restock supplies as needed and assist with food preparation when necessary.
Manage time effectively to serve customers promptly during busy periods.

Requirements :
Previous experience as a Barista or in the food industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided.




Robust customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Basic knowledge of POS systems , especially Micros POS , is advantageous.
Ability to perform food handling safely and follow food safety guidelines.
Good time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and managing transactions accurately.
Experience with serving , food preparation , and cashiering is desirable.

Pay: $33.00-$35.31 per hour
