Overview

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages according to company recipes and standards
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for accurate order processing and cash handling
Handle cash transactions accurately and provide correct change to customers
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food preparation stations and dining spaces
Ensure food safety standards are consistently followed during food handling and serving
Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions about products, and provide excellent customer service
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service
Follow food safety protocols and proper hygiene practices at all times
Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations throughout shifts

Skills
Proficiency with POS systems , particularly Micros POS , for order entry and cashiering




Robust customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse patrons
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours
Basic math skills for cash handling, giving correct change, and managing transactions accurately
Knowledge of food safety standards, proper food handling , and sanitation procedures
Ability to work in a quick-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and assist customers confidently

Pay: $33.00-$35.31 per hour
