Overview

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with precision and consistency
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area according to food safety standards
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries or concerns
Assist in food preparation and food service tasks as needed
Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service
Restock supplies and maintain inventory levels for beverages and food items

Skills
Proven experience as a Barista or in the food industry, with knowledge of serving and food preparation techniques
Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for efficient cashiering




Robust customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders during peak hours
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and order calculations
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail
Experience in food service or related roles is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
