Overview

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and food items according to company standards
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for accurate cash and card transactions
Handle cash register operations with precision, including cash handling and basic math calculations
Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation areas
Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including serving and food handling
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality
Uphold food safety protocols and proper hygiene practices at all times

Qualifications
Previous barista experience is preferred, along with serving and food preparation skills
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus




Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Good time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Prior experience in the food industry is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential
