The Cashier handles the cash register and provides high-level customer service to every guest, following the Mailo’s service model.
Duties
Welcome customers in a friendly and qualified manner.
Assist customers with in-store and take-away orders.
Take and enter orders accurately into the POS system.
Process payments and issue receipts.
Hand over customer orders.
Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products.
Build rapport with customers and help create a positive experience.
Maintain professionalism during busy periods.
Requirements :
At least 1 year of customer service experience in a related field.
Robust command of English, spoken and written.
Comfortable using a POS/cash register system.
Friendly, polite, and customer-focused.
Valuable communication skills.
Able to work quickly and accurately during peak hours.
Pay: $17.20-$19.00 per hour
