Overview

Responsibilities
Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and quality standards
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cashiering duties
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and basic math calculations
Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items when appropriate
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations and proper sanitation procedures
Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods
Assist with food safety practices such as proper food handling, storage, and sanitation protocols
Support team members in maintaining a welcoming environment for guests
Contribute to the overall efficiency of the restaurant operations by supporting various tasks as needed

Skills
Experience in food preparation and food service environments preferred




Strong time management skills to handle high-volume periods effectively
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and skilled demeanor
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Experience in cashiering or serving roles is a plus
Kitchen experience or background in the food industry is advantageous
