Foggy Gorilla Vape Shop is seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll help customers find the right vape products and accessories, deliver exceptional service, and create a welcoming, positive shopping experience. We’re looking for someone who is reliable, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting the right products.
Process sales accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, including cash handling.
Provide product knowledge and demonstrations to help customers make informed choices.
Recommend and upsell products based on customer needs and preferences.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store.
Address customer questions or concerns in a professional and helpful manner.
Support team members and contribute to overall sales goals.

Requirements :
Must meet the legal age requirement to work in a vape retail workplace.
Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience (vape, smoke,



or specialty retail experience is considered an asset).
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Weekend, holiday and evening availability required.
Reliable transportation
Proficient with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math.
Team player with a positive, professional attitude.
