We at Toronto Auto Group are looking for a full-time Internal Service Writer to join our fast-growing team.

Responsibilities include :
Work with technicians to identify required maintenance and repairs
Prepare repair orders and ensure they are closed in a timely manner with all appropriate costs
Provide assistance to the sales department
Provide service recommendations and estimated costs
Strive to meet departmental repair order production standards
Schedule service appointments
Ensure all data and/or information is updated as required into the system
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner, over the phone and in person
Provide assistance to the parts department
Complete other tasks, as required

Required Qualifications :
Minimum 5 years’ experience a must
Must have robust verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities using good organizational and time management skills




A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to work in a team environment to achieve common goals
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workplace
