We are seeking an organized, customer-focused, and motivated Inside Sales & Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role combines customer service, inside sales, order management, and operational coordination, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within the HVAC or building supply industry.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare quotations and process sales orders and purchase orders
Follow up with customers regarding product availability, order status, and deliveries
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, and existing accounts
Identify new business opportunities and support business development initiatives
Coordinate with warehouse staff, suppliers, and delivery teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Assist with receiving, shipping, and inventory-related coordination when required
Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation




Support daily branch operations and work closely with management and sales representatives

Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Mandarin Chinese is a robust asset
Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office and common business software
Experience in HVAC, construction, building supply industries is preferred
Previous inside sales, customer service, or operations experience is an asset
