Responsibilities
Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment as directed
Perform general site cleanup and maintenance to ensure safety and cleanliness
Support skilled tradespeople with basic tasks and tool handling
Operate manual or powered equipment safely when trained and authorized
Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
Help with inventory management by organizing supplies and materials
Participate in team efforts to complete projects efficiently and effectively

Qualifications
Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality




Valuable communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or similar settings is advantageous but not mandatory
Must be able to pass any required background checks or drug screenings as applicable
