Duties
Supervise and coordinate banquet and event staff to ensure productive service delivery during shifts
Oversee and assist food preparation, presentation, and service in accordance with safety standards and quality expectations
Manage POS systems such as Aireus POS and Tripleseat for order processing, billing, and inventory control
Ensure proper food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures are followed at all times
Assist with catering arrangements and bar services as needed
Train staff on service protocols, safety procedures, and operational standards to maintain high performance levels
Monitor inventory levels, place orders including linen, and control costs related to food and beverage supplies
Handle cash transactions accurately and reconcile sales at the end of each shift
Execute a high level of hospitality standards to deliver exceptional guest experiences in fine dining settings
Collaborate with management on staffing schedules, budgeting, and event planning logistics
Address guest concerns promptly to resolve issues effectively while maintaining professionalism

Qualifications
Proven experience in food and bar service management, including supervising teams in fine dining service




Robust knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and food safety regulations
Experience with POS systems such as Aireus POS and Tripleseat; cash handling skills would be an asset
Demonstrated leadership skills with a background in staff training, team management, and shift supervision
Excellent communication service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs in a fast-paced setting
Familiarity with inventory control, budgeting, and food production processes within the hospitality industry
Prior experience in banquet or catering services is highly desirable
Ability to work flexible schedule; early mornings or late nights . Previous management or assistant manager experience is preferred
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
