Le Croissant Chaud is a new French artisan bakery opening in downtown Victoria. We are currently looking for a motivated and reliable Bakery Kitchen Assistant to support our production team during this exciting opening phase.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, fast-paced settings, and being part of a growing artisan food business.

Responsibilities :
Assist the bakery team with daily food preparation and production
Support bakers and pastry chefs during service and preparation
Help maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Dishwashing and general kitchen support
Assist with ingredient preparation and organization
Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Help during busy production periods and opening tasks

Requirements :
Minimum experience in a kitchen or food service workplace required
Bakery knowledge or experience is a strong asset
Organized, reliable,



and able to work efficiently under pressure
Comfortable with early morning shifts and flexible schedules
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Able to adapt and support different areas of the business when needed
