Job Overview

Responsibilities
Operate and monitor brewing equipment throughout the production process, ensuring consistency and product quality on a manual brewing system.
Use experience and creativity to craft seasonal releases
Assist with ingredient handling, mixing, fermentation, and packaging. Responsible for the beer from grain to can.
Support warehouse operations including inventory management and material handling, utilizing forklift skills when necessary
Document batch records accurately and maintain detailed logs of production activities
Participate in cleaning schedules and sanitation procedures to uphold cleanliness standards

Experience
Prior experience in brewing or craft beer production is required




Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively
Warehouse experience including forklift operation is a plus
Familiarity with packaging processes within a food or beverage manufacturing setting
Solid understanding of sanitation protocols specific to brewing
Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting with attention to detail and adherence to safety guidelines

Job Types : Full time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
