Job Summary

Duties
Assist in managing daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies
Lead and motivate sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical sales support for various merchandise
Handle cash transactions, POS operations, and cash handling with accuracy and integrity
Maintain merchandising standards, organize product displays, and ensure inventory accuracy
Upsell products and promote special offers to maximize sales prospects
Provide training and mentorship to team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills
Manage customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising organization
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and store policies at all times

Skills
Multilingual or bilingual proficiency in English and other languages is preferred




Robust communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
Experience in retail sales, including merchandising, cashiering, and POS systems
Technical sales experience or ability to demonstrate products confidently
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
Basic math skills for cash handling, pricing, and inventory management
Customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor and phone etiquette
Sales-driven mindset with a focus on upselling and achieving targets
Time management skills to handle busy periods smoothly
Knowledge of retail merchandising standards and promotional strategies
