Duties & responsibilities
Lawn mowing, edging and trimming
Shovelling dirt, rock and various materials
Mulching and top-dressing beds
Operating power tools and equipment
Planting trees, shrubs and perennials
Raking, blowing and site cleanup
Sod installation and seeding
Loading and unloading materials The Ability to lift 50lbs
Dirt work and digging by hand
Irrigation and drainage assistance
Trenching
Ability to read a tape measure
Working from heights
Following crew lead instructions
Conduct general site cleanup and debris removal to maintain a safe work environment
Support construction-related tasks including minor repairs and structural adjustments as needed

Qualifications
Prior experience with gardening, horticulture, or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and construction practices is advantageous




Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions, including lifting heavy materials and operating machinery
Solid work ethic with attention to detail and safety protocols
Willingness to learn current skills related to landscape installation and maintenance
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various weather conditions
