emergiTEL is hiring a Print Production Level 1. This is a Contract role.
Location: Halifax NS
Pay: $19.07/hour
Duration: 12 months
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Description (English)
Operate digital print equipment.
Operate mail inserters and standard finishing equipment including paper cutters bindery equipment laminators and drills.
Perform basic quality inspections before during and after each production run.
Wrap pack label and ship finished products.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic production issues to meet output and delivery requirements.
Lift and move materials weighing up to 30 pounds.
Stand and remain on your feet for up to 80% of the workday.
Demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop recent skills.
Maintain patience and attention to detail in a rapid-paced production environment.

Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Adobe applications and other relevant software.

Experience
Previous print production experience is considered an asset.

Education
Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
Post-secondary technology training or relevant experience preferred.
Education verification required.

Security Clearance




May be required depending on client and project requirements.
