Responsibilities for Customer Service Security Guard :
Welcome visitors, verify ID, and provide directions
Control building access
Conduct foot patrols to identify risks
Check security equipment and report issues
Complete computer-based monitoring and reports
Respond to incidents and provide first aid
Write incident reports and communicate concerns




Answer questions in person and by phone

Qualifications for Customer Service Security Guard :
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
Must hold a valid Ontario Security Guard License
Must be able to commit to the full time schedule for Monday to Friday from 12AM-8AM
Must have a valid WSIB Approved First Aid & CPR Level C Certification
Exceptional customer service skills
Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
Minimum 1 year experience working in a customer service or concierge role
