Parts Technician Roles & Responsibilities
Assisting with maintaining parts room
Assist with shipping when required
Updating invoices and internal repair orders
Organizing pick-up and delivery of parts locally to customers and from suppliers
Delivery of parts to local customers
Follow up on PO's and Customer Orders
Assist with back counter parts when required
Participate in Safety
Has a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Parts Department Operations
Consistently demonstrates exceptional customer service
Has excellent team ideology, with a robust emphasis on supportive culture
Has excellent communication skills,



is highly organized and can manage paperwork efficiently
Is independent and resourceful; has the ability to work under mínimal supervision
Is proficient with computers and supporting programs, e.g. Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.
Has knowledge of mechanical parts, catalogs, distributors and dealers
Has knowledge of inventory control and warehousing practices.
Active safety culture participation and involvement
Has a clean driving record and a valid Alberta class 5 drivers license
High School or GED equivalent
The ability to stay organized and multi-task in a fast paced challenging environment

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
