Position : Chef, Permanent, Full time Position
Wage : $36.70/hr, Working 30 hours per week
Starting Date : As soon as possible
Work location : 3270 Coast Meridian Rd, Port Coquitlam, BC V3B 3N4
Job Duties:
Plan menus and create current menu and sauce and ensure food meets quality standards.
Prepare and cook complete Korean style meals or specialty foods
Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff and instruct cooks in preparation, cooking and presentation of food
Train staff in food preparation, cooking and handling food
Check Inventory and supplies and evaluate the ingredients for the day
Supervising and consulting with customers regarding special arrangement
Demonstrate recent cooking techniques to cooking staff

Job requirement:
3 years (min) of experience in commercial food preparation
High school graduation or higher
Able to communicate in English
